Use: 1 or 2 capsules, 3 times a day with a glass of water.
Take as follows:
– on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before eating or training.

If you are using the product for the first time:
Take up to 3 capsules a day for the first 4 days and then increase as described above.
